Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the zucchini, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4-6 equal portions, roll into balls, and poke a hole in the center to shape them into bagels.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese or sesame/poppy seeds on top if desired.
  6. Place the bagels on the prepared baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
