Preparation Steps
  1. In a highball glass, combine 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice with 1 ounce of lavender syrup. Add stevia sugar if desired and stir vigorously for about 30 seconds until well blended.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving room at the top for sparkling water. Pour in approximately 5 ounces of chilled sparkling water.
  3. Gently stir the drink to mix the layers. Garnish with a lemon slice or a lavender sprig.
