Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil and lime juice until fully combined.
  2. Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt & pepper; whisk until fragrant.
  3. Marinate the flank steak in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place the marinated flank steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving.
  6. Flip the steak and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
  7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
  8. Serve alongside cilantro-lime rice, in tacos, or with roasted vegetables.
