  • 3/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 and 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour Can be substituted with gluten-free flour

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the apple slices and cranberries. Add the orange juice and zest, stirring gently.
  3. Sprinkle the flour, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom over the fruit and toss to coat.
  4. Transfer the fruit mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix oats, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
