For the Fruit Medley
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks Well-drained.
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges Thoroughly drained.
  • 1 cup Strawberries Sliced and slightly thawed if frozen.
  • 2 pieces Kiwi Add just before serving.
  • 2 pieces Bananas Slice and add just before serving.
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Drizzle on top.
  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream For a richer dessert experience.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Drain the canned pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges in a colander for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add peach pie filling, well-drained pineapple and mandarin oranges. Fold in strawberry slices.
  3. Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, slice bananas and kiwi into the chilled mixture.
  5. Scoop portions into bowls and optionally top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
