Step-by-Step Instructions for Valentine M&M Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheets.
  2. Cream the cold unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Incorporate the room temperature eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients on low speed until no flour streaks remain.
