Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish.
- Cream together unsalted butter and white granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Add sifted all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until crumbly.
- Press the dough into the baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Whisk together eggs and passion fruit purée; add sugar and flour until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 25-35 minutes until set.
- Cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
- Slice into squares and serve with optional powdered sugar.
