- In a tall glass, add about 1 cup of high-quality cold brew coffee. If you’re using coffee liqueur, mix in about 1-2 tablespoons along with a splash of vanilla extract. Stir well until combined.
- In a medium mixing bowl, pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, and 1/3 cup of sweetened condensed milk. Whisk on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until thickened but pourable.
- Gently spoon or pour the tiramisu foam over the cold brew mixture to create distinct layers.
- Lightly dust the foam with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings if desired. Serve immediately.
