Preparation

  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty with a slight indentation in the center.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) and ensure the grill grates are well-oiled.
  4. Place the patties on the hot grill, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Toast the whole wheat burger buns on the grill for a minute or two, then assemble with lettuce, turkey patty, cucumber, red onion, and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
