Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by bringing 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a small pot over medium-high heat.
- Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat and add 1 cup of the Thai tea mix. Stir gently and allow it to steep for 4-5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a large pitcher using a fine mesh strainer or a tea sock.
- While the tea is still warm, add 2/3 cup of sugar to the pitcher and stir until dissolved.
- Pour in 4 cups of cold water and 2/3 cup of fresh lime juice to the pitcher. Stir thoroughly.
- Serve by filling glasses with ice cubes and pouring the chilled Thai Lime Iced Tea over the ice.
