  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves essential for flavor
  • 8 pieces Rice Paper Wrappers

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook lean ground beef for 5–7 minutes, stirring until browned. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers, cooking for 2–3 minutes until veggies soften but remain crunchy. Let filling cool slightly.
  3. Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10-15 seconds until soft. Lay flat on a clean surface.
  4. Place fresh basil leaves in the center of the wrapper, add a spoonful of the beef mixture, spreading horizontally.
  5. Roll the wrapper from the bottom, tucking in the filling, and fold sides in, rolling tightly to secure the roll.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces like peanut or sweet chili sauce.
