- In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh corn kernels, creamed corn, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, honey, and melted unsalted butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Crack two room-temperature eggs into the mixture and gently fold them in with a spatula.
