  • ½ cup Butter or coconut oil softened

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and cocoa powder until evenly mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry oat and cocoa mixture into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking tray.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
