- In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberry gelatin and carefully pour in 1 cup of boiling water. Use a whisk to stir the mixture vigorously for about 2 minutes, or until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Once the gelatin is ready, add 1 cup of Greek yogurt to the dissolved mixture and stir gently but thoroughly to combine.
- Next, pour in 1 cup of cold water into the yogurt-jello mixture and lightly stir to incorporate.
- Carefully pour the mixture into eight individual serving cups or one medium bowl.
- Cover the serving cups or bowl with plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to chill until set.
- Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip on top of each serving and garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
