Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberry gelatin and carefully pour in 1 cup of boiling water. Use a whisk to stir the mixture vigorously for about 2 minutes, or until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Once the gelatin is ready, add 1 cup of Greek yogurt to the dissolved mixture and stir gently but thoroughly to combine.
  3. Next, pour in 1 cup of cold water into the yogurt-jello mixture and lightly stir to incorporate.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into eight individual serving cups or one medium bowl.
  5. Cover the serving cups or bowl with plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to chill until set.
  6. Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip on top of each serving and garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
