  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Tamari or coconut aminos work for gluten-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Lime juice can also be used.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Can substitute with cayenne for more spice.
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Can substitute with cilantro or chives.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Place your nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt completely and become bubbly and fragrant.
  3. Gently place the cod fillets into the heated skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Brush the prepared glaze generously over the fillets as you turn them, allowing it to bubble and caramelize slightly.
  5. Transfer the cod to a serving plate, spoon any additional sauce over the fish, and garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.
