  • 2 tablespoons Green onions Chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds Optional.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, cover, and marinate for at least 10 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add sliced onion and chopped bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened, then remove and keep warm.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Return sautéed vegetables to the skillet, mixing to combine with the chicken.
  6. Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes over medium heat until everything is heated through.
  7. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve immediately over rice or in lettuce wraps.
