Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a saucepan. Once boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 green tea bags, allowing them to steep for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags, adding about 2 tablespoons of honey to the warm tea and stirring until fully dissolved.
  3. Once the sweetened green tea is ready, cover the saucepan and let it cool for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Transfer it to the refrigerator, allowing it to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. While the green tea is chilling, wash and slice your fresh fruit into thin rounds or wedges.
  6. Grab 8-10 clear glasses and pour the chilled green tea into each glass, filling them halfway.
  7. Top off each glass with sparkling water, filling them to the rim.
  8. Add your sliced fruit and a few sprigs of fresh mint to each glass.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing beverage.
