Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In another large bowl, cream the softened unsalted butter with both granulated and light brown sugars using an electric mixer on high speed for about 3-4 minutes.

  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the old-fashioned oats and raisins until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
  8. Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes in the preheated oven until slightly golden at the edges with a soft center.
