Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine or spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  5. Pour in white wine or chicken broth to deglaze the skillet, scraping up browned bits. Let simmer for about 2 minutes.
  6. Add lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream, stirring well. Allow it to simmer and thicken for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Toss the drained pasta into the sauce, season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, placing the shrimp on top.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese generously on top of the pasta and shrimp.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
