- In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and spices. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.

- Wash and slice bell peppers into thin strips and arrange evenly on a sheet pan, leaving space in the center for the chicken.
