Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, fresh spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Use your hands or a spatula to gently blend everything together until well incorporated.
- Once your mixture is ready, divide it into four equal portions to shape into patties. Each patty should be about ¾ inch thick, making a slight indentation in the center to ensure even cooking.
- Place a skillet over medium heat and drizzle it with olive oil to coat the bottom. Allow the oil to heat up for about 2 minutes.
- Carefully place the shaped patties in the hot skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip each patty gently, then cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and transfer to a plate. Let them rest for about 3-4 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- After resting, place each patty on a burger bun. Top with your choice of fresh toppings like lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese.

Notes
Handle the chicken mixture gently to prevent tough burgers. Ensure your skillet is hot before adding patties for a better crust.
