Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of four slices of bread and honey Dijon mustard on the other four slices.
  2. Layer deli turkey on the mayonnaise side, add red onion slices, and top with Monterrey Jack cheese. Close the sandwiches.
  3. Spread softened butter on the outer sides of each sandwich.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip the sandwiches and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
