Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, smoked paprika, minced garlic, honey, and olive oil. Add the steak and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and sear it for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onions and sauté for about 4-5 minutes, until they char slightly but remain crisp.
  4. Once the steak has rested, slice it thinly and assemble the bowls starting with the rice, then veggies, and finally the steak.
  5. Drizzle lime juice over the bowls and garnish with cilantro and avocado.
