Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 9 equal squares per sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pressed spinach, feta cheese, bacon, eggs, garlic powder, black pepper, and oregano until smooth.
  4. Grease a muffin pan and place a pastry square into each muffin cup, pressing down slightly.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of filling into each pastry cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before serving.
