- Begin by slicing the flank steak thinly against the grain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth.
- Place sliced flank steak in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it. Stir to coat the beef.
