Cooking Steps
  1. Begin by slicing the flank steak thinly against the grain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Place sliced flank steak in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it. Stir to coat the beef.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker to low heat. Cook for about 3 hours, stirring halfway through.
  5. Once done, serve over steamed rice or cooked noodles, optionally adding fresh veggies.
