- Gather all your ingredients for the Savory Shrimp Sausage Dirty Rice. Chop the yellow onion and bell peppers, and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced Andouille sausage, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sausage is browned.
