Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together ¼ cup of melted butter, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
  3. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and carefully separate each biscuit. Flatten each piece slightly.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each flattened biscuit round.
  5. Gently pinch the edges of the biscuit dough together to completely enclose the cheese and pepperoni filling.
  6. Arrange the sealed pizza bombs on your parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with the seasoned butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they’re golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
