Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together ¼ cup of melted butter, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and carefully separate each biscuit. Flatten each piece slightly.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each flattened biscuit round.
- Gently pinch the edges of the biscuit dough together to completely enclose the cheese and pepperoni filling.
- Arrange the sealed pizza bombs on your parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with the seasoned butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they’re golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
