For the Glaze
  • 1 cup Mango Diced, fresh, canned, or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce Low-sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Can substitute with lemon
Optional Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Can substitute with chopped nuts

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine diced ripe mango, teriyaki sauce, and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
  4. Brush the salmon fillets generously with the mango glaze.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  6. Switch to broiler for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish.
  7. Let the salmon rest for a minute, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
