Meatball Preparation
- Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, and chopped onion in a large mixing bowl. Add oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Scoop out about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Tzatziki Preparation
- In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Stir until blended.
Serving
- Once meatballs are cooked, remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with tzatziki sauce.
