Method
 

Meatball Preparation
  1. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, and chopped onion in a large mixing bowl. Add oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Scoop out about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Tzatziki Preparation
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Stir until blended.
Serving
  1. Once meatballs are cooked, remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with tzatziki sauce.
