Step-by-Step Instructions for Fritos Corn Salad
  1. Drain and rinse one can of whole kernel corn in a colander, then transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Dice a red bell pepper into small pieces, then add it to the bowl with corn along with shredded Mexican blend cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with black pepper, then pour over the corn and pepper mixture, stirring gently.
