- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place the unbaked pastry shell on a baking sheet.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat, add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
