Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Spread half of the diced Canadian bacon evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Scatter half of the English muffin pieces over the layer of bacon.
  4. Repeat the layering process with the remaining Canadian bacon and the rest of the English muffin pieces.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until fully combined.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  7. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle paprika generously on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the top is set and golden brown.
  10. Warm hollandaise sauce according to package instructions or preferred method.
  11. Drizzle the warm hollandaise sauce over the casserole and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives.
