Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Warm tortillas in a damp paper towel in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
  4. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto the center of each warm tortilla, roll them tightly, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray taquitos with olive oil and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
