Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the refrigerated crescent rolls and separate the dough into triangles.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture at the wider end of each dough triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the pointed end and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Dip each pillow in melted butter, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  7. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in flour to create a roux.
  9. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk, simmer until thickened.
  10. Stir in Parmesan cheese and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
  11. Serve by drizzling the creamy sauce over the baked Chicken Pillows.
