  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Avocado oil is a great alternative.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  2. Wet your hands and form the mixture into small oval-shaped koftas, about 2-3 inches long.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F or 190°C) and brush the grates with olive oil.
  4. Grill the koftas for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
