- Marinate the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with allspice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Let marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet.
