  • 1 pound Shrimp fresh
  • 1 pound Salmon
For the Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning adjust for heat
For the Garlic Cream Sauce
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or half-and-half
For the Sides
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups Green Beans fresh

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the shrimp and salmon dry and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes skin-side down.
  3. Lower heat, add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds, then add cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  4. Boil cubed potatoes in water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain, add butter and cream, and mash until smooth.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté green beans for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve mashed potatoes topped with shrimp and salmon, drizzled with sauce, alongside green beans.
