Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the shredded zucchini with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Drain the zucchini using a clean kitchen towel.
- Mix the drained zucchini with eggs, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.
- Grease a baking dish and press the zucchini mixture into it.
- Bake the crust for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned.
- Add pizza sauce, bell pepper, mushrooms, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Spread the beef mixture over the baked crust.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
