Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the shredded zucchini with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the zucchini using a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Mix the drained zucchini with eggs, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.
  5. Grease a baking dish and press the zucchini mixture into it.
  6. Bake the crust for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned.
  8. Add pizza sauce, bell pepper, mushrooms, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Spread the beef mixture over the baked crust.
  10. Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  11. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  12. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
