- In a tall glass, pour 1.5 cups of chilled cold brew coffee. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract to the glass, and stir vigorously for about 30 seconds until well combined.
- In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of your choice of milk, and ⅛ teaspoon of sea salt. Use a milk frother or a whisk to whip until thickened and forms fluffy foam.
- Fill your glass with ice cubes until nearly full. Carefully pour the salted cold foam over the top of the sweetened coffee.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the frothy cold foam to enhance sweetness.
