Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a tall glass, pour 1.5 cups of chilled cold brew coffee. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract to the glass, and stir vigorously for about 30 seconds until well combined.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of your choice of milk, and ⅛ teaspoon of sea salt. Use a milk frother or a whisk to whip until thickened and forms fluffy foam.
  3. Fill your glass with ice cubes until nearly full. Carefully pour the salted cold foam over the top of the sweetened coffee.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the frothy cold foam to enhance sweetness.
