Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stuff the chicken with the filling, fold, and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  4. Sear the stuffed chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Add minced garlic, chicken broth, and balsamic vinegar to the skillet, deglaze the pan.
  6. Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 25 minutes.
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes after baking before serving.
