Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and baking equipment.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the greased 9x13-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Mix together the chopped rhubarb and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Stir in the beaten eggs, ¼ cup flour, and vanilla extract until well combined.
