  2. Let the strawberry puree stand for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Grab a 16-ounce cup and fill it halfway with crushed ice.
  4. Pour approximately 1/3 cup of the strawberry puree over the crushed ice.
  5. Slowly pour club soda into the glass, filling it almost to the top.
  6. Gently drizzle in 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream.
  7. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately.
