Ingredients

Lemonade Base
  • 8 cups Fresh Lemon Juice from about 40 lemons or use store-bought lemonade
Peach Blend
  • 4 medium Fresh Peaches ripe and juicy, pitted and sliced
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint optional for garnishing

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Pitcher
  • fine sieve

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by making your lemonade base. If you’re going homemade, squeeze fresh lemons until you have about 8 cups of lemon juice. Alternatively, pour your favorite store-bought lemonade into a large pitcher. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. While your lemonade base chills, wash and slice your fresh peaches, reserving a few slices for garnish later.
  3. In a blender, combine the majority of the peach slices with 1 cup of the chilled lemonade and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  4. For a smoother lemonade, use a fine sieve to strain the peach mixture, removing any pulp. Transfer the strained mixture to your pitcher.
  5. Pour the remaining lemonade into the pitcher with your peach puree, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Toss in the reserved peach slices and a few sprigs of fresh mint as garnishes.
  7. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes and carefully pour your Refreshing Peach Lemonade over the ice.
  8. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or lemon juice. Optionally, mix in vodka for an adult twist.
