  1. Prepare the lemonade base by mixing freshly squeezed lemon juice, water, and sugar in a large pitcher. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Slice the fresh peaches, reserving a quarter of the slices for garnish.
  3. Blend the remaining peach slices with 1 cup of chilled lemonade and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint until smooth.
  4. Strain the peach and mint mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into the pitcher, extracting as much liquid as possible.
  5. Stir in the remaining chilled lemonade and toss in the reserved peach and lemon slices.
