- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two loaf pans with baking spray or butter and flour.
- Combine smooth peanut butter, softened butter, and pure vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Beat until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually mix in granulated sugar and light brown sugar until fully incorporated, smooth and glossy.
- Add large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until the mixture appears uniform.
- Fold in self-rising flour and plain Greek yogurt alternately until just combined.
- Gently fold in mashed ripe bananas and chopped Reese’s cups until evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter into the prepared loaf pans and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the loaves cool in pans for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
