Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two loaf pans with baking spray or butter and flour.
  2. Combine smooth peanut butter, softened butter, and pure vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Beat until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually mix in granulated sugar and light brown sugar until fully incorporated, smooth and glossy.
  4. Add large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until the mixture appears uniform.
  5. Fold in self-rising flour and plain Greek yogurt alternately until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in mashed ripe bananas and chopped Reese’s cups until evenly distributed.
  7. Divide the batter into the prepared loaf pans and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let the loaves cool in pans for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
