Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak skewers in water for about 30 minutes. Clean and trim chicken tenders for even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, dry ranch seasoning, dill, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Add chicken tenders to the marinade, tossing to coat thoroughly. Allow to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Thread marinated chicken tenders onto soaked skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in parmesan cheese, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes.
  6. For air fryer, preheat to 400°F and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway and basting.
  7. For oven, preheat to 450°F, bake for 14 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes.
  8. For grilling, preheat grill to medium-high and cook for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally and basting frequently.
  9. Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
