Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add baby spinach, ensuring it’s washed and dried.
  3. Slice fresh strawberries and add them to the bowl with the spinach. Optionally toss in blueberries.
  4. Crumble feta cheese over the salad and mix gently to combine.
  5. Toast the pecans in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the cooled balsamic dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
