  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt) Vanilla-flavored yogurt enhances taste.
For the Sweetness
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey (or maple syrup) Agave syrup is a vegan option.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Fresh vanilla bean can enhance flavor.
For the Crunch
  • ¼ cup Chopped Pistachios Almonds or walnuts can be substitutes.
  • 1 pinch Salt No substitutions needed.

Method
 

Combine the Base Ingredients
  1. In a medium-sized jar or container, scoop in 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of your choice of milk, and ½ cup of Greek yogurt. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey and a splash of vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
Let it Soak Overnight
  1. Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator to soak overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Stir and Top Before Serving
