Combine the Base Ingredients
- In a medium-sized jar or container, scoop in 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of your choice of milk, and ½ cup of Greek yogurt. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey and a splash of vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
Let it Soak Overnight
- Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator to soak overnight or for at least 6 hours.

- The next morning, give the oats a good stir. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top and add any additional toppings you love.
