Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare wonton crackers by wetting one side and stacking them. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Cook bacon in the same frying pan until crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Let drain on paper towels.
  3. Cook hot dog sausages in the skillet for about 2 minutes until heated through, then slice.
  4. Whisk together flour, salt, and water in a bowl to create a smooth batter.
  5. Cook crepes by pouring batter into a heated, greased skillet, then add an egg on top.
  6. Assemble jianbing by layering cooked bacon, hot dogs, cheese, wonton crackers, and lettuce on crepe.
  7. Serve jianbing immediately, sliced in half for best flavor and texture.
