Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, blend together 1 cup of creamy peanut butter with 1/4 cup of maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add 2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats to the peanut butter mix and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Scoop the oat mixture into silicone molds, pressing down firmly to pack them tightly.
  4. Dollop a teaspoon of additional peanut butter on top of each pressed oat cup.
  5. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the top of each oat cup and spread evenly.
  7. Once set, carefully remove the cups from their molds and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
